CHECK-IN

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
The designated check-in time is 2:00 pm unless Amaya has made and agreed upon other arrangements. Any early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the property and subject to extra fees. Amaya can reject any early check-in or late check-outs as necessary.

CHECK-OUT

CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM
Check-out time of 12:00noon, unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Amaya. Any early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the property, and subject to extra fees. Amaya hold the right to reject any early check in or late check outs as necessary.

Holiday homes RULES

NO SMOKING
There is no smoking permitted on the property. Smoking must be done outside on the terrace, where an ashtray can be provided by the staff.

NO PETS
There is a ‘No Pet Policy” inside the property and on the surrounding property. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

REGISTERED GUESTS
Only the specified number of persons listed or registered in the Booking Confirmation at the time of booking may reside on the premises. The number of registered guests given at the time of the booking is the maximum number of persons allowed. Additional guests are subject to extra charge.

OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests for the standard bookings is set to 8 people for Damnak Soriya, and 4 people for Damnak Veyo.

PARTIES
Amaya Holiday Homes are meant to be a relaxing location, and to accommodate private bookings. Amaya does not allow weddings, engagements or festivities and public events on the premises.

SAFETY INFORMATION

POOL & BALCONY SAFETY
To prevent any risk of slip falls and accidents, please do not run and jump in and around the pool. Do not run and play around the upper-level balconies. Especially be careful and watch small children.

TERRAIN SAFETY
Amaya Kampot is built on natural slopping terrain with plants and rocks, and we do not recommend small kids or the elderly to walk around or play under the house to prevent slips and falls and beware of insects and natural animals.

ENVIRONMENT SAFETY
Amaya Kampot is in the natural surroundings of the Kamchay Mountains of Kampot, where there will be occasions of natural occurrences with wind, rain storms, and insects. There are some months that you may experience these matters, however there is no danger to people, just only slight disturbances. There will be general fumigation and bug sprays available.

FIRE SAFETY
Charcoal, propane stoves, and fireworks are not permitted inside the house. There are fire extinguishers inside the house for emergencies.

MEDICAL SAFETY
The nearest clinic and hospital are in town, 20 mins from Amaya. There is also a basic first aid kit available.

During your stay

DO'S

  • Plan, and make any special requests in advance.
  • Respect the Amaya Kampot's Terms And Policies.
  • Be courteous and clean.
  • Respect the rules of the house.
  • Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
  • Please help us conserve electricity and water.
  • Feel free to use the kitchen but please take care of properties and clean up after yourself.
  • Safeguard your belongings and valuables.
  • Remember general safety rules around the pool, stairways and the rooftops.
  • Be mindful of your health and hygiene, especially with alcohol consumption.
  • Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.

DONT'S

  • Do any drugs, bring any dangerous materials and weapons.
  • Make excessive noise, parties, shouting, or arguing.
  • Smoking not allowed indoors.
  • Use personal charcoal or gas stoves.
  • No fireworks allowed.
  • No pets allowed inside.
  • Please do not bring unregistered guests into the home.

Before you check out

  • Double-check all of your belongings.
  • Double-check your food items from the refrigerator and freezer.
  • Make sure not to remove any Amaya Kampot towels or pool towels.
  • Help turn off lights, aircon, and fans.
  • Clean up after yourselves.
  • Dispose of your garbage into bins.
  • Make sure not to leave any kitchen supplies or items belonging to Amaya.
  • Settle all bills and payments.
  • Return Keys
  • Any breakage or damage of any equipment and/or furniture will be charged to the guest. accordingly to the inventory price list.
  • Arrange with the Team at Amaya for your Checkout Time.
  • Be sure to contact a member of Amaya for any lost and found items.
  • Please help give us a review and recommendation to others.
